We are a BC-based craft distiller with the goal of building trusting relationships with those who enjoy and sell our spirits.  Here is a brief statement of what we do and don't do with information we collect.

When you register on this website, you voluntarily give us information.  Giving us this information means you consent to it being acquired, used, disclosed and stored by us as described in this Policy.  

 

We believe this Policy to be consistent with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) as well as BC’s Privacy Laws.  If we make any changes, we will post them here, on our website. Any changes will be effective as of the date we post them. 

 

How We Use Your Information

We will use your information, including your email address and  – if you share it – phone number to keep you informed. You may unsubscribe, change your email address or ask us to delete your information at any time. We will never sell or share lists, phone numbers or email addresses. 

 

How We Store Your Information

Your information may be stored in physical or electronic files. Our electronic files are protected by passwords and other security measures. They are accessible only by people who require the information to do work that we have directed them to do. Likewise, physical files are protected in a manner appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and are accessible only when required.
